Massage Therapy for the Chico Community
I’m Heather, a Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC #97705) based in Chico, California. I offer massage therapy appointments at Chico Community Acupuncture to help community members manage stress, pain, and feel better in their bodies. From young adults to seniors, clients come to me for an integrative approach to bodywork and sessions customized to their goals and needs.
My services
Relaxation Massage
A session to help you relax, unwind, and de-stress. You can expect a full-body treatment with light to medium pressure, flowing strokes, gentle cranial holds, and optional aromatherapy. This session is a great option for clients who are new to massage therapy and interested in trying it for the first time, as well as anyone looking for bodywork for mental/emotional support.
Integrative Massage
A session designed to support a specific concern(s) in a holistic manner. You can expect medium to firm pressure, circulatory and deep tissue massage strokes, assisted stretching, and sensory repatterning techniques. When appropriate for the client, therapeutic cupping techniques may also be used. This style of massage is a great option for clients who want to target specific regions of pain and improve range of motion.
Prenatal Massage
A session designed to support you through the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy. You can expect safe, supportive bodywork side-lying on a massage table or resting in a recliner. This session is customized based on client requests--popular areas of focus include feet, low back, neck, and shoulders.

All appointments take place at 1815 Mangrove Ave inside Chico Community Acupuncture.
The clinic offers a peaceful environment to help you feel as comfortable as possible during your session. There is free parking behind the clinic. An accessible entrance is located at the front of the building.
