I earned my Certificate in Integrative Massage & Bodywork from the IPSB School of Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork in Santa Monica, CA. I also hold a BA in Human Ecology from College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, ME where coursework in biology and movement training first piqued my interest in anatomy and the mind-body connection. I am passionate about continuing education, always striving to expand my manual therapy skills and knowledge of the body and pain management to better serve my clients. Outside of my massage practice I work as an aide at a physical therapy clinic. In my free time I enjoy practicing yoga, tai chi, reading, crafting, and spending time with my cats.
